Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
